I was reading somewhere how you will need to have a static URL for each page, meaning that every article or blog post your create is located on a seperate page of your site, archived and easily searchable for search engines, rather than being on a dynamic, changing page.  Do you know if this is true?

Ist of all I must admit static URL may have little advantage over dynamic one. Pleople often thought that static URL is crawl by search engine better. Dynamic URL may have a disadvantage that different URL ie URL with different Id may have the same content. But it also should be understand that it is very hard to convert dynamic one to the static one. Although static URL have slight advantage over dynamic one in terms of click through rate as user can easily read those URL But in terms of ranking and indexing there is no such advantage of static one over the dynamic.
